Cott’s elite pasta king Sal’s Pasta joins the Besk kitchen to create an incredible menu. Giorgio De Maria is bringing plenty of fun wines channeling Paski Vineria Popolare. Mountain Culture is taking over 10 taps and we’ll be pouring WA brews. DJ Rok Riley on the decks.
